Loading...Austin Hanna has proposed an ambitious Eagle Scout project for the church and the community.
The project involves building and installing six “Prayer Posts” along the sidewalk of our grounds close to and parallel to LaGrange Road. It’s a mission of evangelism to all those who walk, jog, or run that route in Pewee Valley. A sample scripture on one of the posts is from Psalm 46:10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;…” What a wonderful idea for meditation and reflection for ALL people in our community.
Austin still needs additional funding to begin his project. He is accepting donations for this venture, and currently needs about $500. Please be generous if you can. Contact Fr. Jim or Austin’s mom, Debbie, for details…or call the Parish Office.
