Loading...Alan Weller our Officiant, just read scriptures from one of my favorite Sunday school lessons when I was growing up. I reflected on it a little different now than when I was six years old.
There were two words that came to my mind with this gospel reading: The first word Persistent came to mind. The Free Dictionary defines persistent as “Refusing to give up”.
Just as Jesus was persistent in getting Simon to throw his net in the deep waters.
